All sales from 13 Lives Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at 13livesapperal@gmail.com and provide their order information and photos of the issue. Claims are subject to review and approval before a return or refund is issued.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

This policy does not limit any rights or protections required by applicable law.
